What if you designed the kind of building that simply doesn’t exist?

A few years back, we took a hard look at the office buildings in northern New Jersey for our own use, and walked away shocked at the age and outdated design of the existing offerings. We thought there had to be other upscale office users with the same need as us – a cool, new corporate office home that projects their image better than your typical suburban office park.

This led us to build ES4: a brand new, Class A corporate office building, located in the burgeoning neighborhood of Englewood South in Englewood, New Jersey. Positioned just minutes outside of New York City, yet in the heart of Bergen County, ES4 fills a need by offering a highly-designed home for business in the perfect location.
